Letter of Invitation: For authors of accepted papers we can provide an invitation letter for visas. For a letter of invitation, please send your request to general-chairs[at]fps-2021.com with the following Information
- Name (as it appears on your passport) and postal mail address
- Gender and date of birth
- Your passport ID
- Occupation
- Employer or university name
- Title and Paper ID of your accepted paper
- Email address where we can send a scanned version of the letter
- Date of arrival and departure
Please use [FPS 2021][Invitation] <Name_PaperID> in the subject of your email to allow fast and efficient processing of your request.
