Jean-Gabriel Ganascia is Professor at Sorbonne University. He pursues his research on artificial intelligence at the LIP6 (Laboratory of Computer Science of Sorbonne University) where he heads the ACASA (Cognitive Agents and Symbolic Machine Learning) team. Data Mining and Machine Learning specialist, his current research activities are focused on the Literary side of Digital Humanities, Computational Ehtics and Ethics of the Digital Technologies. He is also EurAI (European Association for Artificial Intelligence) and AAIA (Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association) fellow, member of the CPEN-CCNE which is the Ethics sub-Committee for the Digital of the CCNE (French National Ethics Committee), chairman of the pilot committee of the CHEC (Cycle des hautes études de la culture) and chairman of the COMETS (CNRS ethics committee).
